    Exactly. About an hour after my meager breakfast I start (or used to) getting really hungry and need real food at that point, but I'm already in class by then. I do usually bust out a sandwich, though, if at all possible.

    Saying that, I'm a fairly big fucker and dont have a problem with my appetite during the rest of the day.
    My problem as of late seems to be a total inability to eat any decent sized portion in one sitting. I'll have not eaten for a good 5-6 hours and then I'll eat some noodles and maybe 1 or 2 meatballs (not the tiny kind) and be full again. Then 2 hours later I start getting hungry again. God dammit, I hate eating, though, so it's a pain in the ass to have to make something to eat every few hours. =/

    Get the Complete Dairy Milk Isolate from TrueProtein, it's 80/20 Casein/Whey, mixes well, and doesn't have a strong flavor. It's what I use in my shakes in the morning. I've also been testing their natural flavors sweetened with Stevia, so far the strawberry works well. I buy the flavoring seperate and dose it myself, not sure how it would work if you had it pre-mixed.

    Oh, and grind some oats and add to the shake. If you really want to add calories, add a tablespoon of flax or olive oil. Or better yet, whole flax seeds since you're a hippy. Goddamn hippies.

    WOW, I am surprised no one has mentioned eggs. I mean they provide their own moisture to just slide down your throat in the morning.

    When I am cutting for a competition I normally eat a strict paleo diet, which means breakfast is eggs over easy on top of either steamed chicken thighs or smashed avocados ( I get more variation sometimes, but it is early and I am on auto pilot) The eggs over avocados should be moist and slippery and treat your throat right.
