    Hell yeah! Hell no!

American Top Team - Fort Lauderdale

Small school, not a great facility, no room, no ring, no hanging bags. Great head instructor (Rafael Dias). Nice guys but pretty much alot of turnover so not a large group of purple or brown belts and Zero heavyweights so great for small guys.

Hey Pan, yup, Rafie has sick ground skills and he is an amazing instructor.

As a heavyweight, around 235lbs here, I usually outweigh everyone in my school by at least 30lbs though so I have been stuck in neutral for a long time there. Great guys, but when I can get a chance to train (own several small businesses which take up most my time) I am always going pretty light to avoid injury to someone much lighter than me.

Hope all is well up in Wellington.
