I'd seriously suggest taking a look at it. I'd give Mooto's Revolution of Kicking an 8 or 9 in a DVD review, but The Art of High Impact Kicking is an easily 9 too. Including the cheesy cow-bell-loving intro. Despite its age and lack of flashy presentation it still contains all the basic information you'll need.

A good exercises that we do in my tae kwon do gym is whenever you practice your kicks do 50% more with your weak leg than your strong leg so say you do 200 kicks with your left leg do 300 with your right. It takes a bit of time to get used to kicking with your opposite leg especially when you are doing more advanced kicks but try doing 50% more on your weak leg

It seems different schools of teaching have different names for the same kick, or the kick varies in slight ways, making it impossible to understand **** on the net.
The "back spinning kick" is like that as it is opposed to the "front spinning kick". The back and front spinning kicks are brother and sister kicks.
When you make the comparison with the front spinning kick, you will understand the back spinning kick better, and the difference between that kick, and other types of back kicks.
