leg better after lots of ice and swimming.
not my week tough, injured my rib grappling on tuesday, decided to tough it out, and yesterday took a knee to the exact same rib during MT clinch drills. srsly OUCH!
went to the doc and was diagnosed with "inter coastal muscle strain" WTF??
will be sitting it out for the next week :(
NOTE TO SELF - MOAR GRAPPLE - GET A NORMAL HAIR CUT - REPEAT

hey bro I got kicked in the ribs twice in the same spot and got an intercostal muscle strain, took a few weeks to heal but heal it did, but you gotta let things heal, my physio put it well when he said "you've got your whole life to train martial arts what's a few weeks of taking it easy?"

Wow, i'm in the same situation right now (or at least similar). I was sparring with a capo kid and took a back kick to the leg (he's shorter than me). Anyways, i've been using some tiger balm and its helping me alot, try it along with the other stuff you're doing/gonna do. :P
