To be serious for a moment, I have a once-a-week dessert rule, as long as I'm exercising regularly.

If I trained as much as you guys (I"m assuming you still are), I'd probably be more lax.

At the rest of being on the receiving end of a beating, that belt in the picture doesn't look legitimate (ie looks plastic), do you have a belt of some variety? And if not, do you think that pictures gives an unfair impression?

Youre sooo right I can't beleive its not made out of gold and platinum. I mean WTF who has a belt thats not made out of platinum and diamonds. The UFC and PRIDE had shiny ones and I bet they're just as big as the TBA or blah blah blah STOP BEING DUMB

My WAKO title belt is in fact a cheap plastic piece of crap that has fallen apart, but the TBA belt I'm posing with in the picture is in fact a thick brass plate on big fat leather belt. It's actually a pretty nice belt. If I would've won the belt the following year it would've been the much cooler custom belt that has a cool bird plate, but this was the first year of the TBA so it was a standard ringside belt. It does say the division and year that I won the belt on the plate. I plan to pick up at least 2 or 3 more belts this summer though, so I'll have some props to take a new picture with ;)

For the longest time, eating a dessert was a rare treat. Since my last fight it's been a miracle if I've gone more than 3 days without eating something chocolate.

It's to to remind ourselves: some people don't exercise at all, and eat chocolate and fried ghee with corn syrup dressing every day.
