Sounds like you ruptured an ear drum. Of course, after seeing the actress that died after bumping her head on the snow...I think you should see a doctor. After a ruptured ear drum, you should still have it looked at to make sure you don't have permanent damage. Especially if your balance is off.

Thanks for the replies! Got it checked and ruptured eardrum was the cause. Apparently under pressure (triangle choke) blood was forced up through the eardrum membrane, pin hole sized rupture, will scar over and heal fully within two months. Basically a two week long constant headache, pretty much blows.
