    how often do you train?

    Currently I have the option of going for an hour of training in the morning and an hour in the evening (sometimes two but my last bus leaves at 9 so I usually can't stay for two). So I train around an hour to two a day (sometimes a class is an hour and a half).

    3 days aweek , 2hrs= judo, 3days a week, 2hrs=thai boxing
    16 years till retirement.

    So about 12 hours a week? That's quite alot. I also train a bit at home though.

    4-5 days a week, one hour classes, though i usually arrive a half an hour early and help teach kids class/warm up, and stay about a half an hour after to 'play' with the black belts. play meaning get my ass kicked by them as a learning experience. so depending on how you count, between 5 and 10 hours a week mostly. and one day where i go all out on weight training.

    No MA right now, semi-retired. But will go to the karate/MT class/demo this Tues.
    I also plan to go after class to JJJ to roll if my old creaky joints are up to it.


    Weights 3 times a week.

    Last term I was up to about four hours of Karate a week, four hours of Judo and two hours of my University Martial Arts Alliance (fight club).

    This term I plan on four hours Judo, at least two hours weights and two hours of MAA. Karate I will probably pick up again once a week and get back into it full-time by April.

    4 days a week, and an extra 5th day where we do full contact sparring and open training (basically, our shihan helps us in any area we think we need help in or answers our questions, which we have a lot of). Training lasts an hour, but it is expected that we come in 30 minutes early at least two times a week and condition ourselves (we do workout and stretches during the one hour class, but bag training and body conditioning is mostly before or after class on our own).
