    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Stairs allright?


    I run up 60m. height difference on stairs ?
    Is it still english .....And now my calves hurt,but is that height still healty or should i do 1 halve and rest before the second halve.
    I do not have any problems when i am training on those stairs....just the day after

    thats 550 stairs by the way

    Just a musle ache, when i go on the thoose espacially.........but when i start running up the stairs again there is no pain what so ever!But i walk the first time upstairs.By the seond time i run faster.By the thirt time i try to do a better time then the second.

    Is it to much,or to high......well i try it a cople of weeks and i will see.
    If every thing comes as a routine i would do a cople of rounds on tha pads,at the top of the stairs.
