I run up 60m. height difference on stairs ?
Is it still english .....And now my calves hurt,but is that height still healty or should i do 1 halve and rest before the second halve.
I do not have any problems when i am training on those stairs....just the day after
thats 550 stairs by the way

Is it to much,or to high......well i try it a cople of weeks and i will see.
If every thing comes as a routine i would do a cople of rounds on tha pads,at the top of the stairs.
