Instead of bumping the thread where he trashed you and your lineage, you tried to create a new thread.

    What do I get?
I get a YMAS thread, that everyone can read, with your merged shenanigans.

Dr Yan, would you say this statement accurately describes the kung fu you guys do:
For you non Dai Xin Yi Quan practitioners, hu bu zhuang is a forward stance having the hips square (1 1/2 feet length in between front heel and rear toe) and should be 50/50% weight placement, not 70/30% as we were taught by Dr Yan with a horrible forward lean of the head, which causes the sacrum to stick out. You must retain ding jin (upward pressing of the head) even though the chin is slightly tucked in aligning the cervical vertabrae.
Because in that spear video, it looks like your spine is curved forward in a lot of the movements. In my CMA lineage this is a no-no, but different styles do things differently. Here's some snapshots of what I'm talking about:

The way I learned to do forms was to sink down by bending the knees and lowering the sacrum without bending forward or doing other things that sacrifice your posture in order to get unnaturally low.
