    They didn't mention anything on the phone, not even anything borderline in the 'acceptable' range.

    I'll call and get my TSH, T3, and T4 levels just to make sure. Maternal side in my family has had thyroid issues (hypothyroidism). I know that the 'accepted' ranges of those vary from doctor to doctor and lab to lab, especially the TSH levels.

    Assuming nothing jumps out at you there, at this point, your best bet is probably just to keep tabs on your weight and an eye on your waistline for the next few weeks. It's possible that you've simply moved from one equilibrium point to another. No real science to back that up, but I've found that my body naturally trends towards certain weights and away from others.
