MMA - questions about styles

I know this question has been asked a million times by a million other people who follow NHB about as much as I do (as in, rarely), but here it goes.

What the **** is up with Carlos Newton and "Dragonball Z Jiu-jitsu"? I saw "DBZ Jujitsu" as his style when I was playing him on the PS2, and I was like, "OK, maybe it stands for something else." But then I look at his profile on www.ufc.tv, and there it is.

Did he learn his jujitsu from watching Goku fight Vegeta? Has he ever been known to throw a kamehameha at his opponents? Does he train in 400 times the Earth's gravity?

Or is there some other legitimate explanation for all this?

Also, what about Caol Uno (a.k.a. "He who could easily defeat Bob Sapp") and Wajutsu? Can't say I've ever heard of it aside from it being listed as his style.

Yeah that's his offshoot of Jujitsu. Some guys here would like you to believe its actually BJJ and they're right to a degree. But Newton actually started off with traditional Japanese Jujitsu while cross training in other systems of grappling.

Carlos is a Japanese JJ and Judo guy with a lot of crosstraining. And he is also an anime otaku (got to love a guy for that!)

But not even Newton could match my DB/DBZDBGT poweres!!!

asia, have you seen the original japanese dbz? i have some and they have like swearing and ****.

I've been watching DB since 1984. I grew up mainly in Japan.

The swearing is basicly pple not knowing to properly translate certian Japanese expressions.

Kirilin's famous exclimation "SHIMATA!" means "I regret doing...." but it is mostly translated as **** or DAMN

KISSO = ****
CHIKUSHO = DAMN but really mean something like "YOU BEAST/ANIMAL"
