I would say MOUNTAINOUS is trying to be sarcastic, but I don't think his little section of the autism spectrum lets him understand subtlety.

first off, a snow cave needs to have the entrance lower than the sitting/sleeping area.
secondly, small holes need to be punched through the roof to keep you from suffocating on CO2.
thirdly, you don't burn candles in a fucking snow cave.
finally, once in the snow cave, you block the entrance with a thin layer of snow to keep your heat and insulate you from the outside.

i've lived in the deep south most of my life and missouri for a few years where we didn't get more than a foot or two of snow on the ground at a time.

i learned what i know about snow caves because stork's video made me think they were kind of cool so i looked them up. it took me about 15 minutes to learn more about snow caves than stork did in his 8 hours of digging.

i mean, i can understand not knowing to build the entrance lower than the main chamber for the purpose of heat preservation. i can understand not blocking up the entrance after you crawl in. i can even understand not shaping a melt trench in the floor of the cave.
