need help on my deit.
I noticed after 1 hour of training I was very sore afterwards; I still go to my muay thai classes as much as possible but I would say im not in shape yet. I gained a giant interest in taking muay thai classes alot more, but what should I eat when I am hungry?
breakfest, lunch, dinner, snacks, things not to eat, things not to drink, certain meats, vitamens;
Im looking for a good diet plan for my age (14 years young)
yeah, i used the search function already but I diddnt find what I was looking for.
Using the search function I only seen certain foods that are good for you.
