i also need help on my diet sadly, I dont think I get enough protein for my age
although i am physically stronger then alot of other kids my age, I still think heavily on what I should eat oh and by the way im 14 yrs young and i want to be a fighter when i get at a good enough age being allowed to fight, can some one send me a message for ideas and tips my ussual eating daily

breakfest 7-8:00am
lunch:sometimes also nothing or a pizza and milk w/salad....
dinner:cereal, spaghetti, other foods that get me by

With my horrible diet i am supprised about how much I can run and weight lift.
and spar other opponents it would be very nice if some one can send me a message or reply to this comment to help me eat better and get out of bad eating habits
