True, BUT, if you goal is Strength, ONLY be increasing the weight you lift do you become stronger.

I work out at the Kinsmen Sport Centre (yeah, up here it's "centre" not "center")
We've got an olympic platform, deadlift platform, sweet squat cages, you name it.
