I'll be frank with you, they use Krav Maga and Judo. It's required that they make sure you are at least a black belt in judo to every employee. If you are a field operative you have to be at least a 5-B in Krav Maga.

They also give them lasers and a secret car that turns into a briefcase.

I'll be frank with you, they use 4d20 for HP and require a 17th level PC with excellent dungeoneering and stealth. If you are a ranger, you have to be at least +4 against ooze.

OK you be Frank. MY name will the "Bob".

We'll meet on the bridge at midnight, and exchange documents about this deadly art.

Come alone. Bring a white rose, so I know its you.

Let me get this straight: Just to be an employee there, a person must earn Judo black belt. But to be a field operative (a smaller number within the general population of employees), you need also to be a 5-B Krav Maga practitioner.

Wow. Northern Virginia must be an incredibly safe place to walk the streets at night. I know I won't be trying to steal any parking spaces at Tyson's Corner Mall. I don't want to piss off the wrong person.

Do the employees get time-off during the day to learn this stuff? Or do they just go to immersion courses and come out a couple of weeks later as Judo shodan? I'm truly fascinated. How do you know about this?

I read this Tom Clancy book once, it was based on a video game that was his idea. I think it was called Splinter Cell. The main character was a superspy who was expert at Krav Maga. But mostly he snuck around in the dark with special night-vision goggles. That was cool.
