Cool bump. Just a few months ago I picked up some the Bas CD's, used. They are awesome. On the weekends I hit the weights, hit some plyometrics, and then finish off with 15 or so minutes of either track 1 or track 2 depending on how I'm feeling. The results I've been getting are amazing. He goes fast but once you kinda get his rhythm you can keep up.

We do the 30 min of track 2 and it's a great warmup.

I do some Tony Little, mix it up with Chuck Norris, and finish with Tae Bo.
Seriously, why can't anyone create their own cardio routine? Burpees, Punching Bag, Sandbag lifts, modified bodyweight moves(alternate grip L sit pullups, anyone?), medicine ball, obsticle course? Come on? You know how to gas yourself, just do it!

I got these for cheap and like them for those times I have to train by myself.
CD 1: Boxing
CD 2: Thai Boxing (adds knees and kick)
CD 3: All round fighting (adds sprawls and some ground movement)
CD 4: Workout
CD 1, 2, and 3 all have 2 tracks. The first is 10 two minute rounds with 1 minute rest in between and the second track is 7 three minute rounds with 1 minute rest between.
CD 4 has two workouts. First is about 30 minutes long and is non-stop. The second is one minute rounds of kicks with grappling in between (or exercise if you don’t).
You can use CD 1, 2, and 3 for shadow boxing, bag work, or work with a partner and focus mitts or Thai pads.
There is also a 1 hour instructional DVD that comes with the package where Bas explains how to use the tapes.
Yes, you could easily make one of these for yourself, but then you wouldn’t have Bas Rutten’s voice in your ears nor his witty comments in your ears.
And, thank god, none of his “signing” is used as the soundtrack in these tapes.

For variety you can rip the cd's to your computer, then use an mp3 editor to chop up the workouts and then load them onto your mp3 player, then hit shuffle. You get a different workout every time."Keep a sharp knife, shiny boots and be on time."
