I've worked out ONCE with the guys in Birmingham, Al. Real solid dudes, as soon as school settles down and I can piece together some wasters and gear, I'll be working out with them continuously. (Also, if you're on the Gulf Coast, the guy in Mobile, Al is a REALLY great swordsmen and SUPER nice dude. Hit him up on the ARMA site.)

Just a short note guys. If you are having problems finding clubs within distance you can check my list of clubs here: http://www.hroarr.com/
Also, this census list gives a little more info on the clubs: http://www.hroarr.com/survey/worldwide/practitioners/
Good luck finding a club. It is incredibly fun, if you meet the right people. :) -

We just started Ringeck, and are going to try to work through the longsword section of that book first, supplemented by Goliath. I'm thinking we'll do Codex Wallerstein next- maybe alongside Marozzo and Von Auerswald, and maybe some staff work from PHM. Been wanting to do Fiore too, but been kind of constrained by time.

Good to see other ARMA fellows here. I'm pretty sure I'm the only member here in Los Angeles and sometimes I practice with the folks in Orange County, but that drive can get brutal every weekend so that really doesn't happen much anymore. Mostly solo train and then try out the art on non-wma folks. Good fun.
