The official site is www.thearma.gr, he can track us from there :D

I don't mind ARMA training, alot of it is great stuff. The books produced out of there is some of the best available. Just couldn't put up with John Clements and his cronies but atleast he ain't Sir Tobler.
I've already said John can be too much sometimes, but one thing I'll always consider great about him is that he's like,

John: So this goes like this...
Student: Umm, last time you came, you showed us it went like this.
John: What? That didn't work! I changed it.

That's something you don't encounter often in teachers regardless of what they teach.

Yeah one thing HEMA isn't short of is dickhead instructors. Half of them teaching out there fight once or twice a year. Hell these days I can hardly get a fight outside my group because alot of them run a mile. It's a joke.

Sucks. Well, we don't have another group to fight unfortunately, but we do have plenty of members to fight each other.

By the way, are you planning to hit Fightcamp? I think I will, since I can't attend ARMA international (10 times the price of the tickets :S)

Dunno yet, I've fought a few of the Schola Gladiatoria guys, they're ok. It really depends, I'm planning a longsword event in Scotland this year so it really depends on when that's happening. I also have to plan an east vs. west freeplay day with some of the local japanese sword arts guys. So really it comes down to schedule. Plus I really hate camping.

    Here's my group BTW : www.glasgowduellists.co.uk
