your post just gave me a mental hemorrhoid.
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.
My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.
New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

Oh ****!!! I moved the entire thread to trollshido.
Mods, could you please move this thread back to the PT forums? It was originally named "can't sit in seiza"Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. I think there has to be a lot of outward pressure on your balloon knot to cause hemorrhoids, like when you sit on the crapper for too long, really straining to drop a deuce. Sitting in seiza with your feet crossed doesn't do that (I just tried... for science!).

The key to flexability is to stretch everyday. If I travel for a week and neglect stretching, it shows the next time you get to stretch. Sitting in seiza during commercials is a great idea. You will get to a point that you can sit there long enough for your legs to go numb. (be careful when you try to get up)
