Here is something I saw on ES chanel yesterday. This been bothering me since I started training. Just like PZ said one foot is flat and one looks like it's twisted forward.
Just learned now that it it's because my hip is messed up and I am pushing to hard.

Piriformis is too tight. That is why you get this.
