    For your muscles and bones, I'd prescribe squats and milk. Given the kind of posts you're making, though, I think you should stick to point sparring, because you can't afford to lose any more brain cells.

    Seriously, you want to gain weight but don't want to gain muscle or fat? What are you going to do, jam a cork up your ass and eat a bunch of cheese?

    Best way to gain bone is load bearing exercise and eat lots of calcium. OMG that's the exact same stuff that'll make you gain muscle
