Exercising around Tennis Elbow
My boxing coach says I have 'Tennis Elbow' in my right arm. This has the effect of zapping my grip in that hand. I stopped weight training when the pain appeared, but I am thinking of starting up again.
I need advice on whether I should avoid grip dependent exercises (curls, rows, etc.) all together, or perhaps just on that side, or maybe even continue but at a really low weight.
Thanks!
