That was an inspiring antidote to the pervasive victim-hood mindset that has gripped our nation. Here's a man with legitimate hardship who took control of his future instead of bitching and waiting for a handout. And what a gift for his son to see his father do so well.

I hope he can maintain his motivation and make his good health a lifetime habit.

The trend of the yoga is increasing day by day and people are well informed about the yoga and they have realized the importance of the yoga. Number of the yoga center is going to launch in our country.
