    Loop35's account is very enlightening.

kickassfighter, I don't believe your instructor has ANY formal training in BJJ let alone credentials to teach or advertise to consumers that he is qualified to teach BJJ. That is what this thread is about.

I believe the ISKA World Championships in Orlando, within the past 5 years or so, have included grappling divisions. Depending on where this tourney falls with the NAGA dates in Orlando I would be willing to take you up on your offer to demonstrate the quality grappling and BJJ instruction you are being provided by Mr. Cave.

If we can't meet up in competition you are more than welcome to come and train at "American Top Team - Orlando" while you're in town.

Hope to meet up with you or train with you in July.

Really? I guess you didn't notice my join date? Me being idiot proves Paul has rank in BJJ how?

Okay I'm a fake. God I wish posters would come with a new play on words.

Again, how does this prove he has rank in BJJ?

Thanks for the invite. I think a training session will be much appreciated. I would like to get some more info from you and I would like to share some more info with you. Can you somehow send me an email address or link where I can contact you directly? Much appreciated.

Hondathan, if you were talking about me, yes I'm in SA. Which club do you train? Maybe we can bump into eachother sometime and share some ideas. You sound like you have been training for a while with the NMA. I might be able to learn something from you.

No... You admit in a later post that your one of his students (but could be Paul Cave himself or one of his instructors). Lie number one.

No. None of Paul Caves fighters appear on any MMA stats databases and haven't fought in any real MMA organisations. Lie number two.

This would have more credibility if you didnt later admit to training under Paul Cave.

In what exactly? My question was about BJJ, and none of Paul Caves students has EVER ranked in a BJJ tourney from what Ive read. Lie number three.

This I can believe. But it would make you the only 'MMA' club in the world that breaks bits of wood and tiles as far as I can tell.

THEN WHY DONT YOU ANSWER THE QUESTION? WHAT QUALIFICATIONS HAS PAUL CAVE GOT TO BE TEACHING BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU AS HES ADVERTISING?

I'll tell you why... Because hes a fake IMO.

Joe "Wow, that is so awesome! I'd hate to meet him in a dark alley!"

Me "meh, I hope i DO!!!"

Joe "Oh, so you can do those kicks?"

We host an open mat every saturday from 11:30 to 12:30 at the academy in Cape Town. It's open to anyone from any club, and is free. All are welcome.

Since this was bumped yet again.

This is what instructors should do when questioned and it is this easy.

No, it doesn't have to be on bullshido, it can be on their own website.
