    Don't focus on bench press or push-ups. Bigger pecs will just push your sexy protuberances out further.

    Focus on all-round athletics and lose some fat. A lot of women athletes pretty much lose their dirty pillows if their body fat is low.

    Sometimes it's just a matter of female hormones developing when male hormones should be, things will smooth out as you get older. If it's hard tissue, it goes away over time, if you're fat in general, you need to lose weight. If they don't go away, learn to box, and punch anyone who cops a feel.

    How often do you run? You should run more. When I started running back in highschool, that took care of any unwanted fat deposits on my otherwise skinny frame.

    lol i had man boobehs once, just do alot of exercises but extra chest exercises
    keep ur training persistent and rest from training at least once a week
    they should start going away soon

    oh and i forgot to mention i had a friend with man boobehs also so were both chubbyish kids but my friend's man boobs went away by just being active and doing alot of walking
