Possibly gynecomastia. It's pretty common in teen boys. It goes away.

Hey man, don't worry about it. I had a friend in high school that looked exactly like you. I mean exactly. I'll tell you what he did. He went to the gym religiously and lifted weights. He focused mostly on bench, squats, deadlifts, and bent over rows.
Eventually he filled out and the man boobs went away. It is not going to go away over night. But in the end, he was a really good looking guy. And all the chicks forgot about the man boob version.
On the flip side, I knew a guy in college that had some and he didn't have the heart or dedication to work them off. So he went to a plastic surgeon and got them sucked out. He looked good in the end too. Plenty expensive though.
I would go the bench press route! -

One of my students was in your shows quite some time ago. Lots of hard training and, as mentioned before, some serious weightlifting to shed the fat and fill the skin with meat were pretty much enough. If you were tubby and had the man-tatters that would be one thing (much harder to fix), the fact that your 14 and working out means that the odds are in your favor. Keep up with your weightlfting and martial arts training, workout hard and don't be afraid to sweat and bleed, your body will grow with you since you are so young and that should fix the problem.

I knew 2 kids in high school with them.
They go away on their own, especially if you are hitting the weights pretty hard.
Make sure you get on the wrestling team. That kind of foundation for kicking ass is irreplaceable.And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. What all the other guys said, they will take care of themselves if you keep on top of your fitness.
You hit the books and train your mind and your body and remember:
teenage guys will **** with you over anything.
ANYTHING.
So if your buddies are giving you **** about it just ride it out. If it wasn't that it would be your hair, your clothes, your acne......something.
