I have Thallasemia. I can't reccomend frog breathing excercises enough. I do two sets every day, one in the shower and one just before training and i'm usually fine.
Pete Sampras has it too. And Helio was anemic.

Honestly, i wouldn't even mind doing aikido. As long as i found a place that didn't purport chi and **** like that, i'd be interested in learning it.
It just looks interesting to me, even if its not very effective.

I'm not so sure swimming is all that much easier then some of the martial arts out there. just cut back on the sparring.

I just realised most of you do tai chi... any way.
Get an expert oppinion. If it's the same, do somthing "gentler" and take care of your self. Yoga always seemed an ok idea for me, aspecialy if you like to have a good guard game.
