Divided into advanced class and beginner's class. Advanced class is more like intermediate class, due to the small number of truly advanced students. Instructor is very technical, and has a lot of experience for his age.

Equipment provided include thai pads, kick shields, and crap floor based bags. Equipment improvement project is in progress.

Intensity is at medium. Some days we up the intensity to a challenging level.

Lots of combination and counter drills. Beginner's will get attention from the head instructor as well as some of the advanced students. Classroom sizes ranges from 5-25, depending on whether it is advanced, beginner's, or open mat sessions. Meets almost daily.

Great for students on a budget. Another good addition to Gainesville, where the number of martial arts students are limited.

Some of the advanced students compete at amatuer tournaments. Advanced students also sparr, as well as doing contact drills with full safety equipment.

Students are eventually expected to bring their own equipment such as bag glovers, sparring gloves, mouthguard, headpiece, etc.
