Still looking at the Tokyo picture. I've found 2 people on rooftops but can't verify either as snipers. One is probably just working on windows and is in a white jumpsuit, the other is in a red sweater and just looks like some dude lol no rifles on either. Why exactly are there 2 snipers in Tokyo in this photo?

Are people assuming "snipers" are any guy on the roof? Because a simple scan of the horizon shows you a bunch of people on roof, but I don't think those are snipers.
I can see two objects, next to guys standing on the roofs, who look like snipers lying prone under a tarp or cover. And there is something on the extreme right on the brick tower under the flag, but its hard to determine what it is exactly. -

I wonder what time of day it is. There is hardly anyone out and about.

Could be a saturday, maybe not though. Saturdays are still school days over there. It looks about 9am - noon. I still don't get why there would be snipers in Tokyo, but if somebody spots something we'll know for sure there really is something. So far I've found a guy up on a roof watering plants in a red sweater and another guy cleaning windows or something, plus some tennis players. That's about all I can spot :/
