Style: BJJ--
Cliff bars are tasty, but I don't like to spend money on things.
If I dont have too much time and want something light to eat before a workout I grind oats into a powder in a blender and then blend it with milk. If you have some more time and want a meal of it, add peanut butter, olive oil, safflower oil, protein powder, yogurt or some other stuff (or all if you want).
If I couldn't go home it would be a cliff bar probably. Detour made a good one that was made with oatmeal and had low sugar but all there other ones taste like shitty candy and are gross. -
