    Hell yeah! Hell no!
When I need a quick energy boost but don't want to spend too many calories, my go-to snack is a cheese string and a can of V-8 juice. It's enough to get me back on track without feeling too full.

I then feel fully justified bopping people on the forehead who have not eaten their veggies!

I ate this Powerbar Triple Threat: http://www.powerbar.com/products/2/P...ut_Fusion.aspx
And an acai juice made from puree. The juice was too thick and gave me gross burps. Next time I'm thinking banana and Gatorade.

Gatorade has too much sugar in it for me for a pre-workout drink. I always hit water and peanuts + m&ms + yogurt...

Gatorade has more sugar than the M&Ms you're eating?!

Seriously tho, sardines and some good crusty bread. Easily procurable at a supermarket (bring the rest of the bread home), but no prep needed.

I have lead you down the path of smelliness. For this I must...

    ....

Wait, there's no consequences on the internet! Awesome!

You inspired me to chow a clifbar before judo tonight, and that thing was awesome. No farts, no burps, energy, no fullness. I think I'm gonna propose.

Cliff bars are tasty, but I don't like to spend money on things.

If I dont have too much time and want something light to eat before a workout I grind oats into a powder in a blender and then blend it with milk. If you have some more time and want a meal of it, add peanut butter, olive oil, safflower oil, protein powder, yogurt or some other stuff (or all if you want).

If I couldn't go home it would be a cliff bar probably. Detour made a good one that was made with oatmeal and had low sugar but all there other ones taste like shitty candy and are gross.

A handful of peanuts with 5-6 m&ms has way less sugar than 20oz of powerade/gatorade. yeah.
And it's not that thick syrupy kind of sugar either.... Ugh, hate that stuff.

Acai is the new mega-awesome food. Every couple of weeks a new mega-awesome food becomes popular with yuppies fagots. It's not really any better than any other food because variety is the spice of life and also keeps you healthy.
