    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Grappling Circuit

I'm always looking for new workouts and always feel like a kid at Christmas when I find one and am always hoping people will post new ones. So I came across this one and it's just kicked my ass and it hurt so good.

Do it 2-5 times, never setting the dumbbells down rest 2 minutes between circuits

    hammer curls x6
    upright row x6
    high snatch pulls x6
    bent row x6
    rotational push press x6
    lunges x6 (each leg)
    side lunges x6 (each leg)
    squat into upright row x6
    drop pushup x6-10

Um I suppose this would be ok for GPP. Better routines out there though. How do you propose to increase resistance with this routine assuming its for GPP... reduce rest breaks, increase weight, reduce time for exercise completion etc...

Yeah I know there are better ones out there, I just thought this would be a good one to compliment the Randy Coture one. All those that you listed are great ideas for increasing resistance. I was just gonna increase weight by 5lbs on each dumbbells each week you use it.

It would be great if you would list other ones in this thread. It'd be awesome if everyone could do that then anybody starting out would have a easy point of reference.
    thanks for the input though.
