I can't remember it either, but it's somewhere in the ''Disaster' video forum. It's also in the 'Karate Sucks' month video.

I love that guy. A lot of the stuff he does is crazy, but I've seen crazy work anytime someone tried hard enough to make it work.

Too bad we've never seen a video of him fight (if they exist). He'd either be terrible or incredible.

That video was probably 20 years old, I wonder if he can still move?

That ************'s joints have to be basically like gnarly mashed-up wires of corroded zombie tendon by now.

Actually, what he does looks very much like kettlebell exercises my Pavel Tsatsouline-trained personal trainer friend teaches. I would suspect that his joints are a bit more stable than the the average "non-comrade".

He looks like he's about 5'2" or so. Usually little short guys can do some freakish strength stuff, and I forgot what the scientific term is ( you know, why an ant couldn't be as strong if he were the size of a human, etc).

Whan I was at UCLA back in the late 80's a little Asian fellow used to come in and do 30 concentration curls while doing Bruce Lee cries with each rep. He had the haricut as well, which made it completely off-putting.

is that blanka from street fighter?

his form on the heavy bag-punch with dumbell routine is terrible.

He was punching him like the collective karmic debt he'd accrued was coming to collections, mostly on his face.
