I'm far from being gassed out but IMO the fact that I've been burning up about 1600 calories in 2 hours of working out does have an effect on me.
I wanted to know if most people out there do 1-2 hour of intense stuff and then also do sparring.
In my mind I'm weighing both options.
1 Come and do sparring only (this would mean I would loose out on the 1-2 hours of conditioning+bag+Krav).
2 Keep going the way I am (3 hours total bag+Krav+sparring) and just be patient. -

Why don't you just punch and kick more, to get faster at it?
I know when i wanted to get armbars from the mount faster, i didn't go do pushups, i just did armbars from the mount.

Deppends. The thing is, while your muscles my be able to work with the extra load and adjust quickly, your joints take way longer. I have read something about 6-8 months but you might wana ask in the Health forum.

You need some cleanex for your whining? Deal with it, get better, work your conditioning.

Well stop complaining, wait till your body adjust, make sure you get enough rest after training and on your off days and get used to it.1 Come and do sparring only (this would mean I would loose out on the 1-2 hours of conditioning+bag+Krav).

If I was like most of the rest of them (granted they have skill) I'd just come straight to sparring only. I guess that would give me an edge in sparring but hurt my overall endurance since I would not be doing the Krav+bag.
The way you people make it sound like I need to go practice with some Muay Thai expert on my off days just so I can be better in my sparing class?
Generally I read that for kickboxing you burn about 500-800 calories per hour. -
