I suppose you are correct. I got the Trainer and #1 as a gift a while ago and then bought the #2 myself. $60 would suck, but even then I'm just a 22 year okd kid who lives at home. Wht else would I spend my money on, kids my age blow a hundred or so on the weekends here sometimes. Not me!!! I bought a CoC instead!

I've got a CoC #3 and #4, and a complete (albeit mixed between old and new) set of CoCs. The IronMind stuff is doubly expensive for me because of their extortionate international shipping rates.

It'd be neat if they made The Squeezer II such that you couldn't cheat by leaning on the handle. It'd make the device more unwieldy, but still pretty cool.

Two words: "Towel Pull-ups" (or is that three)?

I have a heavy grip 100 and it's worth what I paid for it, but towel pull-ups really work my grip.

Can't do towel pull-ups in my cubicle at work. Generally a decent idea, though.

Towel pull-up seem limited by how much back work I can do. The forarms on the other hand can be worked a lot more.

Get an Ivanko Supergripper. Not as portable as a CoC, but VERY adjustable, and similar cost. The handles are slick, so I used some skateboard tape on mine. Got mine through www.fractionalplates.com.

What's the maximum resistance on that comparable to?

I put a 3" piece of pvc on my chin up bar. It is a WIDE grip, plus the pvc always wants to slide toward the weak part of your grip, so your wrists have to work constantly.
