Video Posting Guidelines
The last few months of videos we've seen in here are pretty terrible and unfocused. If you are asking for critique or advice you need to follow some guidelines. In this thread we will define those Guidelines then I will create a permanent sticky thread and move/delete any video thread that does not follow the guidelines. Please post your ideas for guidelines that will help generate focused videos and useful feedback.
1) Be specific.
BAD: Hey look at my bag work.
GOOD: Look at these 30 right round kicks from 3 different angles and help me tweak it for more speed.

Should you indicate something about the quality of the video:
make sure it is in focus
make sure it is well-lit
make sure it is free from long, unnecessary set-up
if there is more then one person in the video, indicate which party you are
agree that by posting the video you are asking for a critique and not compliments
would you like a description of the style the person is training for proper critique?

I think the style involved should be flat-out required.

GOOD: Talking towards the mic, not away. Have it you have something TO say.
Point OUT what you think is wrong with your Kicks, etc. Easier to simplify the problem.
Slowing down your kicks/punches for technique and balance issues you'd like to address.
BAD: Most videos posted contain poor footwork because we like to show off. Don't.
No background music or music edited into the video. We can't hear things like your breathing and false asthma.
Don't have your back facing the camera

I have never seen a "critique me" or "what am I doing wrong" video that would be worth posting as an example the closest thing would be the one Emvas posted a long time ago because i think he only asked about jabs.
