Style: Kyokushin--
Anybody training is expected to follow the rules of the dojo. When we are participating in Kumite, it is generally under Kyokushin rule set. Mouth guards and shin pads required. Preferably the cloth type shin pads. Other types will be evaluated. If you wear gloves, no palm bars allowed. Also, generally expect cross trainers to visit and observe a class before participating. That way they are able to see how the class is run. Seattle U would still require either program fees or drop in fees. Not in my control. Liabiliy concerns.
