Push-ups are way too easy now..burpies is more like it..not the crappy high school ones your gym teacher made you do when he caught you putting gum on the toilet either..the ones where you gotta jump up and pull your knees into your chest between each rep..those, do like five or ten of them and you got a nice little heart rate boost, weeee!

Style: Boxing/MMA (Ex. Shotokan)--
Can we interchange them for pull ups? I already do a decent amount of push ups for things like karate/PE/paintball/random physical activity that leader always gets the idea that pumping out push ups will make the team super fit, but only occasionally do pull ups outside of hitting the gym.
