With the exception of the bands, you can do all those things at my gym. I seem to be the only one at my gym that uses the power rack, so I dominate it as much as I want. Hell, there is hardly anyone in the free weight area at all most of the times I go there.

That's kinda weird that they'll let you use chains but not bands.

Most gyms I've been at have been pretty pansy, even military ones. The one at this base is pretty nice, but the weather makes it undesirable, haha.

They'll let you use whatever you want, but they don't already have bands there, just chains. My gym tries to be a spandex wearing commerical gym, but because of all the fighters and strongman that train there it has a bunch of odd equipment.

Ah, bands are worth getting. Especially jump stretch. They last forever, and can be used for so much crap. I'm such a band whore, haha.

    Haha!
I just got asked that by maofas on another
    thread: http://www.bullshido.net/forums/show...=74091&page=26

He asked if I think in blank verse poetry.

I think I type how the thoughts come out,
and I also think it has to do with wanting
    thingto look neat.

I also write an eZine/newsletter, and may
get the constant stomp on the 'enter' key
    from that.

It never came up until lately when my posts
have been longer, and more often.
