Hmm. Do you have people that train with you? Or are you just hitting the bag all the time. You punches are quick. That's the positive.
You drop your hands way too much. Especially the right. You drop it when you do anything. And that is before you gas. Your going to get knocked out with a left hook. Keep your hands up all the time. Any coach would have already beat your ass for that one. Your stance is so wide at some points that you are practically doing the splits. That is an instant take down.
You have some of the worst kicks I have ever seen. You will get kicked in the head before you get the kick off. If you don't the person will be no where near you when the kick finally gets thrown. You telegraph the **** out of it. No need for that crazy wind up. You are trying to put too much power into the kick with muscle without getting the technique right.
Your head movement is way too exaggerated. You look like you are over acting in a Rocky movie. Those movements are going to get you kicked in the head. You need to practice more slipping and less bobbing.
You look like you have been training without someone punching and kicking back at you. Or at least someone who knows what they are doing. You need to start over with your striking and get some training partners. You also need a lot of grappling training because if you don't get knocked out in the first 30 seconds it will be because you have been taken to the ground.
You lead with your chin and telegraph more than Western Union. Listen to KidSpatula, she knows what she's talking about.
