You seriously need to calm down and relax yourself. You look like you're just trying to murder the bag so all technique just goes straight out the window. Hitting the bag isn't about seeing how hard you can possibly punch and kick the bag, it's a technical exercise.

Tone down the aggression in your bag work and just focus on everything your coach has told you about technique. If you post a video where you're actually trying to work technique I'll have more to tell you.

the first and most obvious thing is that you load up your kicks more than anybody ive ever seen. you are not going to hit anybody doing that. protip- you arent bryan from tekken, the longer you hould down the kick doesnt make it more powerful.

tied into that, combinations. your feet and your hands should work together, a combo of hands followed by a pause followed by a kick is a good way to get taken down in MMA. dont pause.

your balance is crap because you keep waling onto the heel of your foot. dont do this.

for gods sake put your chin down.

work on your cardio, you gas faster than my 40 year old clients who box once a week. if you plan on getting in the ring as an amateur, cardio is going to be the dominating factor.

stop flailing, work on your technique more instead of speed and power.

Stop trying to teach yourself how to fight and join a MMA gym

Well you look like you can throw a decent enough punch.......Outside of that you need a bit of work! in the first vid. your hands were way to low. when you punch you stick your chin in the air. You tend to carry your weight over your front leg a bit to much for my taste(watch round kick to front leg). I like to position my feet at 12:00 and rear leg at 2:00 maybe kid could offer ya some more advice. I dont think your ready for mma yet.

I would almost have had something good to say about all that if he didn't gas out after a little over a minute.
