One of my favorite pastimes is to get into these kind of arguments claiming to be an aikidoka. I never let on that I have significant experience in judo and bjj. The challenge gets laid down and I use my judo and bjj experience to leverage a wicked wrist lock (either on the ground of standing) much to the surprise of the naysayer.

Then after my friends can't hold back the laughter anymore we let them in on the secret.
