Because 97 just dosent have the same ring to it. On a serious note I did the 100 push up program, It wasnt so bad, But I just went back to lifting weights. It just kind of seemed pointless. And No I never did get to 100. I like the ab wheel better than sit ups, but I do them both.

Thank you for the advice. Maybe I should have asked in a more precise way, though:
I am looking for something I can do, like, right after waking up, or in a break of five to fifteen minutes, not a complete workout (I have tried the training-for-strength workout once, and it's trully exceptionally good). I am just looking for a small exercise that I can do in addition to my normal training (max. three times fighting, and three times lifting a week).
As to one-hundred-PU program, it's as good as anything else I guess, though I share hoodedmonk's opinion. It is okay for a time, but you take much longer to get to the magic hundred than just six weeks. -

Working on standing ab wheel rollouts (if you cant already knock a few out) is something goal oriented that can be done in addition to a regular routine, assuming that you arent in such lousy shape you would hurt yourself (Its pretty intense for most people),

Use a wall to stop you on your way down ... right the point where you can bring yourself back to the starting position for a few reps. Over time (maybe months) you should be able to inch back till you no longer need the wall. -
