BJJ seminar in Slovak republic - January 24-25th, 2009

Greetings,

this announcement is for anybody who is going to find themselves in or near Slovakia, Europe end of coming January.

We'll have a 2-day seminar under 3 BJJ black belts from Brazil.

- Adilson "Bitta" Jorge de Lima - Black Belt 5 degree
- PitBull Bratislava Professor: Jean Vandesteen - Black Belt 1 degree (staying to teach in Bratislava beginning February)
- Fabricio Ribeiro de Brito: Black Belt 2 degree

Programme:
24.01.2009 Gi - 2 x 2 hours
25.01.2009 NoGi ( Grappling & MMA ) - 2 x 2 hours

If anybody would stay longer, i.e. during the week before or after the weekend seminar, you're all welcome to roll with us at the Gracie Barra Slovakia (Monday no-gi, Wednesday and Friday gi, beginning 20:30)!

Anyone from Trnava going to this seminar? Can we ride together? I am also looking for people who want to train bjj in Trnava. if this is off topic I apologize if this request is off topic...

Hi Dan,
it's a bit off topic, but I don't mind... ;-)

I'm afraid as of today we're the only 2 Bullshido members residing in Slovakia...

Check out the whole forum that I linked to, there are threads about BJJ/MMA/Sambo/etc schools all around the country. Regrettably, most threads are desperate pleas of people looking for a gym, but the situation is slowly getting better, you might get lucky.

Alright, bitches, you missed out on a great event... ;-)

Actually Mestre Bitta had 2 Bullshido members under his wings today, at the gi-part of his seminar. gis6 was there too.

I'll get back on the details later, but we had 3+1 hours of intense gi training with excellent instructors in Mestre Bitta and Jean Vandersteen - Fabricio Ribeiro de Brito was injured and didn't fly in from Brazil.

i'll second that! great event today. by my count it was 3=almost 2 hours of training. I almost met pukie at the end. i'm looking forward to seeing the pics and videos soon.

Sunday meant another 3 1/4 plus 2 hours of no gi training.

Lots of excellent moves/combinations and quality instruction, I'll put up a video as soon as possible.
