Update- I quit kung fu

I haven't been around for a while but I have been through some big changes recently with my training.

Basically I quit kung fu.I did lau gar for nearly 4 years, I was about to quit but my club folded so I had no choice about it in the end.

I am now doing muay thai 3 times a week and mma 1 or 2 times a week (well after the holidays). I am not being all evangelical,but the kung fu just wasn't working out for me anymore.I couldn't do a system I didn't have any belief in at all,I still think lau gar is pretty much a sham.

Anyway,I'm back here.It's been an odd time recently but think I have my head sorted out.

If you did lau gar you would quit too after a while :D

Anyway I quit kung fu to focus on other stuff, there are no other decent kf schools in my area.....except another lau gar one!!!

My school was good, I didn't believe in the system.There were some ok things but a lot of none ok stuff really. There were way too many politics for my liking too.

Plus something had to give and I just started enjoying grappling and muay thai more than the kung fu .
