Bob Vastine, age 71, just broke World Records for his age group in the bench press and deadlift. Here he is pulling 450 lbs:

... don't know about you guys, but I find this inspirational.

I wish I could do that and I'm 23. This is very inspirational and sets a new goal for me. Do you know what he benched?
edit: I looked it up. At 68, he set his best bench press record at 350lbs.

Here is some more information about Bob Vastine.
At 63 years old, he was involved in a serious bicycle accident that fractured his pelvis and dislocated his right elbow. He started training to help recuperate from his injuries. He was limited to using three pound weights at first to strengthen his arm. He also needed crutches to help him get around the gym.
He entered his first bench press contest at 64. He holds 2 American Bench Press Records and 1 World Bench Press Record. His best bench press to date is an official 350 pounds at the age of 68.
Very inspirational indeed!

Very cool! I work with this guy:

and his son:

Since I've never been interested in power lifting, the only thing I find inspirational about them is how they eat - healthy stuff, but a TON of it!
They are really great guys, and the young one is good for moving heavy things around the office.
