6:47 mile

I don't know how fast I can run a mile anymore, but I can achieve orgasm in mere seconds.
(just kidding, ladies.)

I dunno, I don't think I ever beat Dempsey Roll's 4:56, I think mine was in the early 5's, 5 and a half or something. I'm gonna try to beat it tommorow night though, and will post the results.

I used to wake up every morning and run 6 miles, which would always take under an hour, usually about 50 minutes.

.....okay, sometimes it took over an hour but that's when I was really fricking tired so LAY OFF ME.

Anyway, I've always been a slow runner with short, thick wrestler's legs. Now, in my late 30s, I run for 1/2 hour as part of my gym warmup, which covered 4.3 miles at my last workout. Inspired by this thread, I'm going to try to pick up the pace each time for the next few months.

Wow, when I created a thread very similar to this (sorry, don't know how I missed it) I didn't realize how fast the average mother fucker on bullshido was. I thought I was fast and I'm tied with the old man at 6:47 as of yesterday.

Still collecting my 3 and 5 mile times. I wanted to do each fresh just to see how fast I could do it.

Fastest timed mile was probably a split. I ran the two mile in 9:50.

Honestly right now I wouldn't even try a 2 mile. I might hit the track for a one mile in a little while just to see where I am.
