ok,we don't use miles here.kilometers ftw!!. Anywayssss, army physical fitness testing starts with 2.4km run. Werks out to 1.5 mile run. Time for a pass,irrespective of age,is 10 mins. (you get approx an additional 30 secs for every 5 yrs over 20). So if you're running 6:47 mile times at 38?? you are pretty close to passing the run part of the test that would have you in the same ROUGH bracket as an 18 yr old,(6:40),so gratz!!
My personal best was 9:30 when i was 28 and smoking 10-15 a day,so ummm 6:20 mile?Last edited by KiwiPhil889; 12/13/2008 2:16pm at . Reason: cuz my maths sux
