Good on you.
My job schedule doesn't allow me to run as often as I'd like. I miss running.
Congratulations on achieving your personal goal.

You mean my PR or what I would as of now?

I don't have a course available to me right now with a measured distance. My best three mile time was 19:30. Pretty sure I could still break a 6:30 mile if I tried.I'm not giving you my opinion, I'm telling you how it is.

I think at some point I might have run a kilometer in under 4:10. No idea on miles though. Yeah, I'm slow. Congratulations for achieving something you've been working for.Curiosity killed the cat. But damn it had a blast.

Screw all you guys. I don't think I could break an 8 minute mile if I was being shot at.

Once again Kabar and I are on the same page.
My 20 minute runs have me averaging 2.1 miles according to Nike+iPod. That's SUPER accurate in case you didn't know.
So props to you hooded monk. Good job.
and screw you military kids. I'll enjoy my twinkie thank you very much.

Your branch's physical fitness standards continue to astound me. The only thing I find more amazing is how many roly-poly female NCOs there are in the Regular Army. Well, I guess males, too. Permanent profile, hooah.
