I don't have a course available to me right now with a measured distance. My best three mile time was 19:30. Pretty sure I could still break a 6:30 mile if I tried.

I think at some point I might have run a kilometer in under 4:10. No idea on miles though. Yeah, I'm slow. Congratulations for achieving something you've been working for.

My 20 minute runs have me averaging 2.1 miles according to Nike+iPod. That's SUPER accurate in case you didn't know.

I ran a three miler in 18:50 last week. In boots and uniform.
