I'd like to add that I have been having a lot of success with the back survival posture and escape since I got the book. Also I'd like to echo a lot of what has been said. i feel very uncomfortable doing the running man escape but others, like the back survival posture and escape, are very high percentage for me. The book is definitely worth reading especially for beginning players. I also like that it isn't replacing what I am learning from my instructor but suring up some things I'll use for the lifetime of my involvement in the sport.
